About Us

MainBoard is presently structured as a Limitied Liability Company in the Commonwealth of Virginia. MainBoard, LLC is operated under direction of Joseph Boyd who is the sole stock holder for the company and serves as the CEO/President.

MainBoard, LLC has elected to operates as an "S" corporation as of January 2006 and comprises all operations of the Retail Store, Telecom Consulting and E-Commerce operations.

Joseph Boyd graduated from Clinch Valley College in May 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, concentrating in Public Administration. Joseph's experience in business before MainBoard included Convenience Store chain management and operations for two years until 1996 when he returned to college to finish his undergraduate studies. Joseph is married, has two children and also is an ordained minister charged with taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the world.

A goal of MainBoard, LLC is to support Christian Ministries financially as our company grows and is able to commit to fixed financial amounts. MainBoard does not accept applications for review or consideration, if you are in the ministry and your cause is deemed effective, you will be sponsored in due season.
